冬天食豆腐煲真係好正,食完暖笠笠,仲要簡單易整,通常我實會用燒鴨,起晒骨,然後整個火鴨湯,再加埋豆腐芽菜,我阿囡都超鍾意食,所以無可能會唔好食,呵呵。
INGREDIENTS:
1 隻燒鴨(起骨斬件)
4 杯火鴨湯
火鴨湯:
10 粒豆腐卜,切半
2 杯芽菜
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 火鴨湯瓦煲內大火滾起,加入豆腐蓋頂煮5分鐘
2 然後加入芽菜,再舖燒鴨係面,蓋頂,慢火炆15分鐘即成
NOTES:
1 香港可以用燒鵝,一樣好食
2 燒鴨若果隔夜雪過,炆20分鐘比較好啲
