香港管弦樂團就羅惹《香港管弦樂團真的是香港人嗎？》一文來函編輯部作出回應，玆原文照錄如下：

To the writer of the article about the HK Phil on 3 June 2015:

The management of the orchestra does not consist mostly of foreigners. Out of a staff of 37, 35 are from Hong Kong. There have been only two appointments made by the Music Director, Jaap van Zweden, to the woodwind section of the orchestra. Both are Hong Kong born players, contrary to the players they replaced.
