1 tbsp 老抽
1 tbsp 紹興酒
2 tsp 鎮江醋
1.5 tbsp 喼汁

1 tsp Black pepper
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Cornstarch
2 tsp Salt     
1 tsp Cooking oil

300ml Coke
1 tbsp Dark Soy sauce
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tsp Black Rice Vinegar
1.5 tbsp Wortershine sauce
