Damon Albarn 表示，他已經拿到了「The Good, the Bad & the Queen」的新錄音，第二張專輯指日可待。

在 2007 年時，一組由 Blur 的主唱 Damon Albarn、前傳奇龐克樂團 The Clash 的貝斯手 Paul Simonon、前 The Verve 吉他/鍵盤手 Simon Tong，以及奈及利亞傳奇鼓手 Tony Allen 所組成的「搖滾夢幻樂團」，釋出了一張《The Good, the Bad & the Queen》，以另類的搖滾樂風震驚了四座。一直以來，Damon Albarn 都拒絕替這組樂團取名字，因此，大家都習慣直接稱他們為「The Good, the Bad & the Queen」。

儘管這樣的組合被譽為是搖滾界的超級夢幻隊，然而，「The Good, the Bad & the Queen」除了在 2007 年發行首張專輯外，最後一次表演也止於 2011 年；距今已整整八年沒有新作品、四年沒有任何活動演出；當外界都在好奇這個樂團是否已草草結束的時候，Damon Albarn 說話了。

在上週日接受 The Sun 訪問時，Damon Albarn 表示除了 Gorillaz 將會有新專輯之外，The Good, the Bad & the Queen 也很有可能有新專輯，「我手上已經有了 The Good, the Bad & the Queen 的一些錄音，而等到 Gorillaz 與 The Good, the Bad & the Queen 的東西出來之後，我可能會回到我個人的音樂計劃上，或是搞一些其他的音樂組合。」
