永遠的 Funk 經典團 Earth, Wind & Fire 帶著饒舌歌手 Chance the Rapper 及 Kendrick Lamar，超新鮮的 R&B 組合在田納西州的音樂節 Bonnaroo Festival，6月12日現場合作演出。

Lamar 上個月邀請粉絲上台以幫助完成〈mAAd city〉的演出，在由他領銜的馬里蘭州的音樂節 Sweetlife Festival。為了尋找知道所有歌曲及歌詞的樂迷，找到一位叫 Jonathan 的男人後，嘗試到第一次的失敗，後來才鎖定樂迷Ayanna。結果這位男人竟然不只是 Sweetlife Festival 首席執行官，還是 Lamar-主題沙拉「Beets Don’t Kale My Vibe」- 以 Lamar 表演為賣點的美國連鎖沙拉商店的幕後執行者，這梗鋪好久阿！

在這同時，Chance The Rapper 最近推出了他的新專輯《Surf》。這張 LP 的釋出被標榜為歌手「Donnie Trumpet & The Social Experiment」，事實上還是 Chance The Rapper，及特別跨刀的歌手包括 Busta Rhymes、Janelle Monáe 和 Erykah Badu，包含 Chance本身的樂團，團員分別是 Donnie Trumpet、Peter Cottontale 和 Lido。

Earth, Wind & Fire 一身老骨頭還是超級有活力，渾身 Funk 魂令人目不轉睛，嘗試與 Hip-Hop 年輕人的組合想必也讓大家跌破眼鏡，但是音樂就是這樣多變化才回味無窮阿！
