The Black Key 想跟歐巴馬借一下空軍一號

美國總統歐巴馬 7 月 1 日的時候在 Twitter 上透露他正在聽 The Black Key 的 〈 Lonely Boy  〉和 Outkast 的 〈 Liberation 〉。

The Black Key 腦筋動得很快，馬上問總統可不可以為了接下來的演出借用一下空軍一號。

不過歐巴馬回應說空軍一號不是他的，不過倒是可以邀請他們到白宮演出。

這不是第一次歐巴馬跟流行音樂家互動了，之前他曾經公開否認他有 Kayne West 的家裡電話。歐巴馬強調當他們兩個碰面時他還是一名參議員，雖然他很喜歡他的音樂，不過當時並沒有熟到會交換電話。在他的印象中 Kayne West ：「 當時他剛成名，帶著他的媽媽從芝加哥來，他非常親切的輕聲細語。半年前他為了一個活動而來，我愛他的音樂，他有難以置信的創意，不過我不認為我需要他家的電話。 」

而跟歐巴馬借飛機的 The Black Key 主唱 Dan Auerbach 將跟新的樂團 The Arcs 在 9 月 4 日發行新專輯 《 Yours, Dreamily 》，其中 〈 Stay In My Corner 〉和 〈 Outta My Mind 〉已經上線讓人試聽。雖然沒有空軍一號的加持，不過還是無損他們音樂的價值。
