氣炸西多士比油炸用油較少,但唔好一滴油都不落,那就沒有炸物的香味和質感,而我加入吉士粉,味道會再提升,顏色會更靚,更加金黃


材料

2塊 厚麵包

1.5 tbsp 花生醬


汁料

1隻 雞蛋

1.5 tsp 吉士粉 (非必要)

1.5 tsp 蜜糖

1.5 tbsp 牛奶


配料

1-2 tbsp 牛油 

1-2 tbsp 蜜糖


做法:

1. 將麵包包邊切走,一面搽上花生醬,兩塊夾好

2. 汁料攪勻,將包四面沾上汁料至汁料吸收盡

3. 氣炸鍋預熱5分鐘,包搽上油,用180℃氣炸 4-6分鐘

4. 反轉麵包,包搽上油,用190℃氣炸 2-4分鐘

5. 西多士焗好放上碟,放上牛油和蜜糖享用


Ingredients

2 slices of toast (thick cut)

1.5 tbsp peanut butter


Sauce mixture

1 large egg

1 tsp custard powder (optional)

1.5 tbsp milk

1.5 tsp honey


Garnish

1-2 tbsp butter

1-2 tbsp honey


Steps:

1.  Cut the crusts off the bread slices. Spread the peanut butter on the slices of bread and assemble into sandwiches

2. Beat and mix the sauce mixture together.  Coat sandwich on all sides in the egg mixture

3. Preheat the air fryer for 5 mins.  Coat the sandwich with oil Air fry it 180℃ for 4-6 mins

4. Flip the french toast.  Coat another thin layer of oil. Air fry 190℃ for 2-4 mins 

5. Dress each sandwich with butter and honey.  Serve it hot
