1. 拿一本厚厚的書,踩在上面讓腳跟露在外頭,並始往上顛起3秒後才放下來。上下來回共 15 回。

2. 雙腳張開蹲下去,腳尖同時顛起,同樣保持 3 秒,上下來回共 15 回。(表情很好笑哦)

3. 膝蓋彎曲,手臂向前伸直,先以重心放於腳後,腳尖來回向前移動,前後來回共 15 回。

4. 雙手支撐於後面,以跪姿的姿勢,抬高膝蓋並且搭配顛腳,來回共 10 回。

5. 這個也太難了吧~換我會直接跳了這個動作~先把一腿彎曲坐著,抓起一腳腳底板,向上拉起。(零柔軟度女生還是直接SKIP吧)

6. 兩腳伸直,雙手於兩側支撐,腳背向上拱起,再向下拱起,來回共 15 次。


就是這樣~就可以擁有長腿咯~
