今日小豬爸突然話想食炒蟹,雖然我未煮過,不過作為乖乖女嘅我(唔知醜又讚自己),都嘗試煮下,好在都叫做見得下呀~

買齊材料就開工~

由於我唔識劏蟹,所以就請海鮮檔姐姐幫我劏,不過返到屋企我都慢慢擦乾淨呀~

將薑切片、蔥切段~

燒熱鑊後加油,然後放入蔥段及薑片爆香~

然後可以放入蟹件,炒至d蟹肉見白色~

然後加少少水~

再加少少玫瑰露酒~

然後蓋蓋焗熟,最後把剩下的蔥段同蟹齊炒炒炒,咁就可以上碟食得啦~

第一次煮都叫做合格啦,不過可能我用左個細鑊嚟炒,所以炒起嚟就好似少左啲鑊氣味,等我下次用隻大鑊炒,應該會更加好食呀!
