先吃分子火山蛋糕,用朱古力和爆炸糖製作而成的火山蛋糕,蛋糕的賣相已經相當吸睛。火山口灑上少許糖霜,有種鋪了雪的效果。

山口內放入乾冰,拍照過後將蜜糖漿倒到火山口內,蜜糖漿和乾冰接觸後的化學反應,使火山口即時產生大量的煙霧,圍繞著整個火山。

滿瀉的蜜糖漿也在火山口流出,像是火山爆發,非常宏偉壯觀。彌漫的畫面也謀殺了不少菲林,店員叫我們等待煙霧四散後才吃,唯有靜靜地欣賞壯麗的奇景吧,把火山爆發的奇景改良到在甜品上呈現出來,配合化學原理,相當有創意。

雖然倒下的是蜜糖漿,但是甜度很微,不會有很膩的感覺。火山是以一層海綿蛋糕和慕絲而成的,但是海綿蛋糕跟慕絲黏得緊緊的,所以不太能把慕絲和海綿蛋糕分開。所以一併來吃,火山都較實身,切開時充滿濃郁的朱古力味,放入口中朱古力的味道滿佈口腔,朱古力狂迷必須一試。

個人意見,吃整個朱古力製的火山蛋糕都是滋味的,但吃得久了,卻感到太膩和太甜。朱古力還是少吃多滋味,創意滿分,值得一試。但建議多找幾個朋友一起,你一口我一口,才感滋味。

由於是新年的月份,今期店鋪的分子雪糕,其中一款雪糕叫做「大吉大利」,相當應節。雪糕的原理就不多作介紹了,但店員用心的把雪糕搓成圓形,再加上樹葉和樹枝。 樣子又夠圓夠靚,相當可愛。
