農曆新年將至，家家戶戶的餐桌上總少不了糕點類年菜，奇美醫院營養科營養師王資婷提醒，像是常見的「步步高升」蘿蔔糕、「年年高升」甜年糕以及「發財富貴」發粿等，在年貨大街或傳統市場選購時，由於缺乏完整的包裝標示，都需要留意外觀與色澤。
蘿蔔糕避免選顏色太白，表面濕黏恐已變質。
王資婷說，蘿蔔糕外皮應呈現自然的微黃色，若發現色澤過於潔白，需警惕是否添加了過量的漂白劑（如亞硫酸鹽）；甜年糕與發粿應選擇質地嫩滑、具有彈性者，另優先挑選「紅麴」等天然色素著色，以及使用硫酸氫鈉（小蘇打）等健康發泡劑製作的發粿，避免攝取過多化學人工色素。
另外，因這三類食物水分含量極高，一旦室溫較高，細菌便會快速滋生，採購時務必觀察表面是否出現「濕黏」感或不明的「黴斑」，若有異味也絕不可購買。購買真空或密封包裝產品，應確認包裝是否完整無破損，標示部分需包含品名、成分、有效日期、營養標示等。
