NMN also known as nicotinamide mononucleotide is a naturally occuring bioactive nucleotide. NMN naturally exist in the nutrition we consume as every cell in our body needs it. In our body NMN is the precursor of NAD+ also know as Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide refered to as coenzyme I.

NAD+ plays the key role in maintaining our cell health and regulating our immune system. Although the human body can absorb NMN from various daily food sources to maintain the biosynthesis of NAD+, but the amount absorbed is far from enough. Through aging the consumption of NAD + increases exponentially, resulting in the continuous decline of NAD + level in the body.

After turning 25 in age, there will be a situation of not making ends meet, therefore it is certainly not enough from absorbing from food alone. Not all NMN you consume from food can be absorbed and coverted properly to help with your body as it needs the intervention of external substances to reach it full potential. Therefore simply relying on dietary supplement has little effect. NMN plays in important role in the health of our cells and metaboliism.

It helps our cells repair and stablize the vitality of our cells, thereby improving our longevity and energy of our body. As a result through aging, NAD+ in human body will decline significantly, and the signs of aging will become more obvious.
