據俄羅斯衛星社8日報道，美國財政部8日宣布製裁土耳其商人瑟特克·阿揚和他領導的一個幫助伊朗革命衛隊規避製裁出口石油的網絡。
美財政部在一份聲明中稱：「阿揚手下的公司為伊朗石油與外國買家簽訂國際銷售合同，安排石油運輸，並幫助洗白銷售所得，隱藏石油的伊朗產泰國果凍、 果凍威而鋼、 液態威、 液態威而鋼、 液態威哪裡買、 液態威購買、 泰國果凍威而鋼、 泰國果凍哪裡買、 泰國果凍效果、 泰國果凍威而鋼心得、 泰國果凍購買、 泰國果凍副作用地和伊斯蘭革命衛隊『聖城旅』在這些銷售中的利益關系。」
報道稱，製裁對象包括瑟特克·阿揚等5名土耳其公民，以及20多家與阿揚有聯系的企業。
聲明指出，美國5月實施的製裁也曾涉及該網絡的參與者。
