據《今日俄羅斯》網站7日報道，愛沙尼亞總理卡婭·卡拉斯說，愛沙尼亞將無法應對可能從烏克蘭湧入的新難民，並希望芬蘭等其他歐盟國家接納他們。她6日在接受電臺采訪時說，塔林已與赫爾辛基就這個問題達成了初步協議。
