據俄新社莫斯科11月25日報道，烏克蘭總統澤連斯基抱怨稱，位於首都基輔和其他一些城市的「無敵中心」服務質量太差。
報道稱，他在25日晚間發布的視頻講話中說：「我國全境皆設置了『無敵中心』，但據我所知，令人遺憾的是，並非所有地方政府的工作都無懈可擊。」
